Stephen has more than two decades of specialist and general management expertise in Legal and Corporate Finance. He has practiced law with a major Sydney law firm and has represented a leading ASX-listed company as General Manager, Corporate Services responsible for a range of functional areas including legal, property, insurance, corporate projects and public relations.

Combining his legal expertise and commercial experience in the corporate sector, for the past 10 years Stephen has been an investor and management consultant with a primary focus in the hospitality industry. Stephen has advised and restructured many businesses in a wide variety of industries including Marketing and Communications, Architecture and Food Processing.

Stephen’s practical and disciplined approach to management, coupled with the depth and breadth of his experience has enabled him to make continuous improvements to the efficiency, revenue and profitability of his own investments and those of his clients.

Stephen’s primary role at FooBooOnline is to provide the board and management with advice and guidance in connection with the company’s legal and financial affairs.
