Bill Lyons BSc (Hons), Grad Dip Ind Rel

Bill is an experienced corporate business developer and strategist with international experience in markets across Asia, Africa and Australasia following a successful executive career with oil major Caltex Petroleum Corporation. He has extensive ‘M & A’ experience operating within both corporate and private investment markets and also in business improvement consultancy in Australia and New Zealand. Industries in which Bill also has specialised knowledge include telecommunications, IT and computer electronics, call centre services and outsourcing. Most recently, Bill has focused on venture development and technology commercialization in the emerging biomass-to-energy and ‘clean-tech’ space and has consulted to Government and industry on sustainable development, climate change and carbon management/strategy.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of New South Wales and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Law from the Graduate Business School of Macquarie University in Sydney.

Bill’s responsibilities at FooBooOnline include corporate planning, strategy and development as well as governance, systems and performance improvement. Bill also undertakes the statutory role of Company Secretary.
