When there is a successful outsourcing relationship that delivers benefits to the business, FooBoo is provided a nominal success based commission fee by the Service Provider.
FooBoo also provides consulting services to help you improve your existing business processes, customer service, and strategy planning related to outsourcing. We help develop the business case to determine if and when it makes sense to outsource or offshore. We will also help you manage the relationship with your outsourcer and develop the necessary metrics and KPIs to keep the relationship on track and delivering for your business. For this consulting, we would contract and be paid by and accountable to your business.
