The OUTSOURCER.

I caught up with Tim Searcy the CEO of the American Teleservices Association in Sydney during his recent world wind speaking tour of Australia. Tim was addressing audiences about the Do Not Call (DNC) legislation in the US and the learning’s from that experience.

The Australian legislation will soon come into effect and both sides of politics have played the populist card with very little real understanding of the knock on effects of the legislation. ADMA already has a perfectly good DNC list, which the government could have forced the industry to comply with it, but like all governments with an eye on an upcoming election, they have decided to spend millions of taxpayer dollars on reinventing the wheel.
